We offer counselling services to individuals aged 12 and up, supporting diverse backgrounds and life stages with compassion. We honor each person’s unique story—shaped by their culture, community, occupation and experience—creating an inclusive space where all people feel seen, heard and valued.
Adults (All Ages)
We support people in navigating daily demands, changing roles, life transitions, health challenges, and chronic pain. Individualized care helps strengthen coping, foster meaning, sustain connection, and enhance well-being through all stages of adulthood.
Teens (12+)
Counselling for teens provides a safe space to explore identity, build confidence, and navigate friendships, relationships, and change. Sessions strengthen self-esteem, emotional regulation, and communication to support healthy development.
Indigenous Peoples
Indigenous-led counselling that honours each person’s distinct cultural identity, values, and ways of knowing. This approach integrates (w)holistic and clinical practices to support balance, healing, and reconnection with kin, community, and land.
Farmers & Rural Life
Our service recognizes the realities of rural life—long hours, isolation, and pressure to keep going. We focus on balancing work and family demands, strengthening relationships, and sustaining well-being through life’s seasons.
Tradespeople
Our service recognizes the realities of trades work—pressure, fatigue, and demanding schedules. We support those facing job insecurity, safety risks, and the impact of travel and shift work on rest, focus, and relationships.
Essential Workers
Support for those in vital roles facing fatigue, heavy demands, and the pressure of “keep going” cultures. We recognize the strain of chaos, emotional stress, and turmoil that come with the work, promoting self-care, coping, and longevity.
Our services center on healing, learning, and growth, equipping people with practical strategies for navigating life’s challenges. The focus areas below reflect the heart of our counselling work and the goals that bring people to care.
